How to Book Tee Times at Penn Oaks Golf Club

One of the common concerns that people have before showing up to a golf course is how they can book a tee time on the course. Here at Penn Oaks Golf Club, we are a private course with our own standard procedures on tee times. 

You Need to Be a Member First The first thing you will need to do to book your tee time with us is to sign up for membership. We do not allow non-members to book tee times. 

Visit Us to Sign Up for Membership If you want to secure membership with us, you are invited to come in and visit us. We can then discuss with you all the different options for membership and help you move one step closer to booking your first tee time with us. 

You Can Book Your Tee Time Online Once you become a member with us, you will receive a username and password. This is what you can use to log into our website. From there, you will be able to log into your client portal and book a tee time without talking to anyone.

You Can Also Call Us Sometimes, people have a difficult time booking their tee times online due to technical issues or the time involved with sending them their login credentials. In these instances, you can also choose to call us and schedule your tee time directly. 

E-mail as a Final Resort If you are unable to get access to the phone and the client portal and need to book a tee time shortly, use our online contact form to e-mail us. This is another way that you can book your tee time with us.
