How Penn Oaks Communicates with Clients Before the Wedding

We First Need to Reserve the Date The first thing that is important when you are working with us is to have a date booked. This way we can reserve time for you and have a deposit to ensure that you will come for your wedding. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee our time for you.

We Are Available for Calls & Emails Once we are all booked, you are welcome to call us and e-mail us. This is the quickest way to get in contact with us. During the days leading up to your date, you are welcome to call us anytime if you run into any questions or concerns. We are accustomed to taking questions about where things will go, how decorations can work, and so on. 

You Are Welcome to Visit Us In-Person If you need to visit the venue in-person the day before the event, give us a call! It is common for those who hire a DJ or some other form of entertainment to have them come and see where outlets are, how much space they have, and so on. Just make sure to give us a heads up that you want to do this. 

We Usually Do Both Calls and Visits It is common for us to do both calls and visits when we are planning for weddings. We find strong communication and having an open-door policy to be the best way to ensure that our clients’ weddings go perfectly.
