How Penn Oaks Controls Crowds

Out of the various golf courses in West Chester PA, Penn Oaks Golf Club stands out from the various competitors in terms on controlling crowds. As a golfer, it can be frustrating to constantly wait between each hole simply because of the extra time you involved. Here at Penn Oaks Golf Club, we have some strict policies to help ensure that crowds stay under control. Read on to learn more!

Strict Tee-Times

If we expect to control crowds here at Penn Oaks Golf Club, one of the standard procedures that we follow are tee-times. This ensures that we know exactly who is on our golf course, and when they are starting their rounds. This also helps us to ensure that people don’t tee off right after the previous party, leaving lots of headroom for each party.

Not Everyone Can Golf Here

If we were to open up our doors to the public, then we would quickly attract lots of crowds during the peak summer golfing season. For this reason, we don’t open up our doors to the public. This is both to ensure the quality of our golf course along with minimizing having large groups of people making lines on the course. This is also why membership is almost always required in order to golf here!

Memberships Are Needed

If you want to golf here at Penn Oaks, you will almost always need to be a member. There are certain exceptions to this rule, such as when people book a wedding here and pay separately for a round of golf. However, our membership policy is partly what ensures that each party will get the best possible experience on the course.
